Please review our policies to ensure the best experience for all clients
Appointments
Lauren Nailed It operates primarily by appointment to ensure we can provide the best service to each client. Appointments always receive priority, and we do our very best to be on time for each scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows, though you may need to wait or be rescheduled for a later time. We take our last appointment between 6:15 and 6:30 PM to allow the salon to close on time. Please call ahead to schedule your preferred appointment time.
Tardiness
Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to move on to the next client in order to stay on schedule with other appointments and give the best service possible.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any service but if you are unhappy please reach out to management so we can help rectify the problem.
Repairs
We offer complimentary fixes within 4 days of service. Nail services that include enhancements or gel polish are guaranteed for 4 days after your appointment. If you notice light chips or lifting within the first 4 days please call to schedule a free repair. Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed. Please bring your receipt to show proof of services.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
Medical Conditions
Please let us know of any medical conditions you may have so that your nail technician is aware and can give you the best possible service.
